This uniform really peaked my curiosity, I had never seen an SS member wearing one like it with no buttons pockets or anything, any information you know about it would be great.

Hi,
The tunic was called "Litewka", popular with senior functionaries. A well know user was Oswald Pohl from WVHA.

That IS SS-Obergruppenfuhrer Oswald Pohl ... pictured on the handing over of the hospital in Auschwitz. He is talking to Kommandant Richard Baer, seen wearing his 'Totenkopf' cufftitle from his Waffen-SS service days.
