Please help identify this uniform.

Hello,

My friend and I are trying to gather info on this uniform and identify it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The man was Born 1910 at "Unterreichenau" in the Sudetenland in Czechoslovakia. Is this a Czech uniform? It looks SA to me by the collar tabs?

He seems to be a member of Sturm 23 of NSKK-Motorstandarte 212.
Shoulder board of anyone from Sturmmann to Obertruppführer.
Can't see the other collar tab, but I think he might be Truppführer or Obertruppführer.

HQ of NSKK-Motorstandarte 212 was in Eger/Sudetenland (now Cheb/Czech Republic), not sure where Sturm 23 was located.
