Identifying Luftwaffe Officers from Enlisted Men

Do the cloth dress shirts and neckties and visored hats identify the three Luftwaffe men as officers in the attached photo?

Only the one in the center is an officer-identified as such by the silver cap cords on his visor and the officer-quality greatcoat. The three on the left are NCO, identified as such by the tresse along their collar edge. The rest seem to be junior enlisted.

Thank you Dwight, this will get me started. I will dig out my reference books to get a better handle on this subject.
