Some members have asked me about photos with various SS collar patches,
so i'm opening a new thread about them...

(some of collar patches i'm about to post are repro's, experts will recognize them)

First of all - famous Siegrunen, worn by almost all SS units.

Why some Death Head patch is vertical while other are horizontal?
Is it because the soldiers sew them in different direction? or they are different design style?
