Hi, this uniform is from a 1907 Turkish book, but is more likely from the late 1700s. It appears that by 1800, the only Cuirassier units still in service were in the Egyptian Army, and not the Ottoman Turkish of the period. In Egypt these troops/uniforms continued to evolve as part of the Khedive's bodyguard, and the last regular cavalry unit existed till 1859/63 (as the latest). However, these types of soldiers may have been still in service as late as 1883, as a tribal cavalry contingent.
