"Staff Leisanoff" 5th Ottoman army

On the list of evacuated German units on board of the German steamer HANS WILHELM HEMSOTH which left Istanbul for Wilhelmshaven on 01.03.1919 there is a note "Stab (Staff) Leisanoff 5. Armee" with 2 officers, 10 soldiers and 2 Afghanis. Nothing more!

I never came across such an officer or unit. Do you have any ideas?
