Do you known what this unit is?

Mürettep Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa Regiment

So far my Turkish gives me;

Mürettep = composite

also if you know what is this unit?

Independent Artvin Detachment

any ideas are welcome

This officer is shown serving in these;

Deli Halit (Karsalan) or (Karsialan)
born 1883 died 14-2-1925) P.1319_257 graduated class 1903 Balkan Wars to Maj 1915 to LtCol 1916 to Col 1920 & War of Independence 9th Cauc Div to Maj Gen 1922 Retired 14.2.1925

Mürettep Teşkilat-ı Mahsusa Regiments were civil units organized by special Organization
- Stange Detachment (8th Rgt)
- Yakup Cemil Detachment
- Bahattin Şakir Detachment
- Deli Halit Detachment
- Fethi Bey Detachment (93rd Rgt)
