I'm trying to find the lyrics and a music of a popular song amongst german soldiers. Not sure if it's military though the title should be Hüpf mein model or something similar

after some headscratching I came to the conclusion that you must be looking for a song called 'Hupf mein Mädel'. The problem is that there are (according to Google results) at least two (perhaps even more) songs with said title that have completely different texts.

I think you're right! I came to this title by reading some interview from a veteran.
i searched on the net and i came up with 2 songs, but no music or lyrics

This waltz song is a cover of the popular US song "Yip-i-addy-i-ay" from 1908, composed by John H. Flynn and written by Will D. Cobb. The German lyrics were originally written by Karl Lindau (1908, as "Hupf, mein Mäderl") and then also by Alfred Schönfeld (1909, as "Hupf, mein Mädel"). The melody was very popular in Germany and even a military arrangement of the tune was made by Armee-Musikinspizient Prof. Oskar Hackenberger. Several parodies were made as well.

According to many historians the unofficial song of 11./Pol.Rgt. Bozen was "Hupf, mein Mädel" and was sung many times but not in via rasella on 23rd March 1944. Is there a text of this song?

What exactly did Katz and "many Italian historians" (which ones and whom were they quoting?) write? I'm looking for exact quotes and sources. Please be more specific. According to this Dutch article - http://huweschap.com/article/polizeiregiment-bozen (which is unfortunately unsourced) - the company commander, who liked the song, forced his men to sing it. And that makes it only (one of) the company commander's favourite song(s), not the company's unofficial song.
