Wir sind die Fahnenträger

Hello!

I'm in search of the proper name of a song which can be heard singing in a recording of the 1937 Party Rally in Nuremberg; it has evaded all of my attempts to identify it, partially because the lyrics aren't so easy to distinguish and it doesn't last long. The final line is rather clear however: "Wir sind die Fahnenträger der neuen Zeit" The recording can be found here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fgZ-eas4zs&t=1m52s starting at 1:52 and ending at 2:18.

In the video, they are singing the 3rd stanza:
