Where to find Third Reich lyrics?
[Two lyrics guide threads have been merged and renamed by the host, I. Ž.]
Does anyone know where I could find the lyrics (or to other marching songs) alphabetically? Thanks.

Re: Where to find lyrics sorted alphabetically?
Best three sites for lyrics (they use only original sources):
http://www.deutscheslied.com/index2.html
http://www.bildpostkarten.uni-osnabruec ... chlist.php
http://www.volksliederarchiv.de/

Any resource with complete lyrics of songs(marches) of the Third Reich?
Hello all
I am big fan of WW2 era (especially German) marches, and still discovering a new amazing tracks. Where can I get the most complete lyrics of songs (marches) from the Third Reich era? Preferably in the original language. Any resources? Or can you recommend a human translator (or online-resource with such services) who can do these transcription/translation for a fee? Probably, what is needed is an "ideologically neutral" human translator.
For an exemple, I like the "Es blueht ein Bluemelein" march. But I am not German-speaking person, so I can understand only a few words... There is no lyrics of this song in a search engines results. As well as for a number of other amazing tracks.

Hello, stngstng
Have you checked out our sticky-thread entitled Topic index - take a look before posting? It's always at the top, it's hard to miss it.
In there, along with all AHF music threads, many of which contain lyrics, you will find helpful threads like:
Songbooks
Foreign (Axis) songbooks
Marchbooks
Herms Niel (Third Reich's primary military composer; many lyrics inside the thread)
Outside the forum, check out, for example:
Deutsches Lied
Universität Osnabrück, Historische Bildpostkarten
Akpool Ansichtskartenpool
Alte Ansichtskarten (Bartko-Reher)
Alte Ansichtskarten (AG Heimatsammlung)
Ansichtskarten-Center
eBay, Ansichtskarten
As you can conclude from my suggestions, it's always best searching for original songbooks and songcards (and sheet music).
When searching postcard websites for military songs, use keywords like "Marschlied", "Soldatenlied", or specific song titles etc.
As for the song you mentioned, the title is incorrect; the correct title is "Es blüht ein Röselein". See this post and this post.
Cheers,
Ivan
