Something odd here! Definitely France, the uniforms seem WWII but the tractor lorry and flak gun carriage? they look like WW1 relics.

The truck is a Renault arty tractor which the French were still using in 1940.

The process of gathering, examining, sorting and putting to use captured antiaircraft artillery was "big business" for the Luftwaffe's Flakwaffe. The Lw. had a number of Flak-Beutestäbe, Flak-Beuteparke and other specialized staffs and units for this work. Those pieces judged "reusable" were sent to Germany and re-bored to chamber German 8.8-cm rounds. Quite a few of the Flak guns used around German cities 1942-45 were of this type, the majority being originally of Russian origin.

That's really useful info Alan, Larry. I wondered if they were old Renaults, they certainly have that look about them.
