RSI Folgore and German Fallschirmjäger together at awards ceremony.

RSI Paratrooper wearing German splinter smock complete with Luftwaffe eagle, and Italian camo helmet cover. He aso wears a German Luftwaffe belt and buckle to hold his three cell pouch. He also wears unusual boots for a para which appear German.

About 25 Italians with the 500th SS Fallschirmjagers at the time of the raid on Tito.This from a former Folgore member as told to his eldest child.

Great picture - interesting mag pouch, single flap cover - SMG looks like a Sten (see spring at front of mag housing + MKII style shroud over barrel), not a Beretta SMG or MP40. Definitely an Italian fighting knife -Peter H wrote:From wehrmacht-awards.com,poster Dennis S.
