Stabsbatterie Fallschirm-Artillerie-Regiment 11 information

Heya everyone,

I just heard back from the WASt about a cousin of mine who served in the Luftwaffe and was hoping someone could help me to find some more information about the unit. Looking around on the web I come up with a mess of conflicting dates and thought I could get some help here. This is what the WASt sent me:

Stabsbatterie Fallschirm- Artillerie-Regiment 11
Unterstellung: 11.Infanterie-Division
Einsatzraum:Riga (Lettland), Kurland

From what I can gather from that, I assume the artillery regiment was subordinated to the 11th Infantry Division, but looking through the forum I found where this artillery regiment was integrated into a Heer formation but in 1943 (unless I read that wrong), the date on this little information sheet puts my cousin there at September 27th 1944. However, everywhere else I look there's no mention of this being formed until 1945, except for that one listing on Lexicon.

Can someone help?
