William , yes it is a Brehmer ☺.It also has the round pin plate on the reverse.I do have one of the WL marked badges with the long pin plate ... which is considered a repo , and in hand you can tell the difference between the 2 badges.

Mike,

That one is amazing? You almost never come across these on dealer sites which makes it so interesting to view them in collections. I've never seen that variant before! Tell me, do these flugtag tinnies have any relation to your NSFK table medals? I take it you have the others in the set? I believe there is a Kassel event badge that looks very similar to this Braunschweig tinnie.

William, from what I understand the tinnies (day badges) were sold to support the event .The heavier badges and enameled ones were for officials and participants who took part in the event .And the table medals (non- portable awards) were prizes for the event .The best reference book that I have found is …
Uniforms, Organization & history of the NSKK & NSFK by Angolia & littlejohn
There are many award and badge pictures in it and some explanations of some of them along with the history of the NSFK , if you are wanting to collect items from this organization then this is a good book to have. I hope this helps you out.

Mike
p.s. I like your tinnie.
