Minesweeper Badge

What's your opinion on this minesweeper bade, top of pin looks tampered it.

It appears to be an Austrian, Rudolf Souval type badge. Looks like a post war produced one to me, the water spray looks too floral.

The design of this maker is the same on Stewart's military antiques website, see link below. It appears to have the exact same floral look.

Hardware looks wartime Souval. Pin could have a factory repair as the finish is not scorched from soldering. Stewy

I don't know if it was an old wives tale, but I was always told that a rounded S was a sure sign of a postwar Souval.
