I know this is an old thread but I didn't want to start a new one just for a quick question. What awards did Roehm have?

Photos show him wearing only the Iron Cross (EK1) and a wound badge (he was severely wounded at Verdun, hence his facial scars). His NSDAP awards are discussed above.

Here are the awards I have for Röhm:

1914 Eisernes Kreuz II. Klasse: 191_
1914 Eisernes Kreuz I. Klasse: 20.06.1916

Schlesisches Bewährungsabzeichen (Schesischer Adlerorden) 1.Stufe : 1921
Goldenes Ehrenzeichen der NSDAP: 1933
Ehrenzeichen des 9. November 1923 (Blutorden): 1934 (mit Wirkung vom 09.11.1933)
Ehrenwinkel für alte Kämpfer: 02.1934

Roehm actually never received his Bluorden # 1. Hitler had an unnumbered BO and it was later engraved with # 1 after Roehms death. Roehms BO with the stamped #1 was not issued and was found in Brueckners office at the end of the war.

Yes…you are absolutely correct. Röhm never "received" it, but "on paper" he was awarded it (Source: Patzwalls "Das Ehrenzeichen vom 9.November 1923"...although, Patzwall does put a "?" next to award #1...see below):
