L10 Badge?
Hi, I've just picked up a Black wound badge with it's packet. The LDO packet is stamped with what looks like an L10, and by all accounts is original to the medal. The medal is made of Steel with a fairly typical pin/latch set up just like the one posted previously. L10 doesn't appear on the makers list, just wondered what people made of this combination. Has anyone seen the logo stamped onto the packet before?

Re: L10 Badge?
It probably says L16, considering the logo is Steinhauer & Lück's

It's close to impossible to determine whether or not a specific badge is related to a specific bag. Perhaps someone else can help you as to your question on unmarked St.&L WB's.
The bag is worth some discussions though. As far as I can recall, I've never seen St.&L logo on an item, paper or metal, except for the Stahlhelmbund yearnumbered member badge. It can also be encountered on uniform accessories. Come on guys, share our thoughts.

Since the start of this database thread yeaes ago no 'Update' list has been posted .
Comparing maker lists - I have come across these 16 makers numbers that are not on there.
A few of these missing makers have been shown here since the first list was posted .
Did M1/111 - Gebrüder Gloerfeld Metallwarenfabrik KG Lüdenscheid make any Wound Badges ?
Are the remaining confirmed ?

Re: Database:Wound badge photos original
I recently got this silver wound badge that's marked L14. I never saw a bent pin before on a TR award. It seems this was done because the catch has a long shaft. This was included in an, I believe, untouched assortment I recently acquired and am led to think it was always like this.
