What is this award??

I was thinking of buying this medal simply because I like the look of it but I am not sure what it is or if it was actually awarded!

Hello,

It's a Kriegserinnerungskreuz (war memorial cross) handed out by Austrian veterans' assosciation Österreichischer Kameradschaftsbund after WWII. I'm a bit uneasy if the ribbon's real though.

There are no images I can find in Google that has the Kriegserinnerungskreuz with that ribbon. Others might be luckier, of course.
