Hallo,

was it possible to be awarded the Infanteriesturmabzeichen or the Nahkampfspange as a member of a Division fighting mostly Partisans?

Yes, entirely possible. Here is a page from a Polizei Dienstpass.

Hallo,

just to clarify: that means, a soldier who fights only against partisans could also be awarded with the nahkampfspane/infanteriesturmabzeichen!?. those awards werent "reserved" for soldiers fighting at the front!?

Soldiers (and Polizei) fighting partisans were also entitled to those awards.
Here are two lists that are for a member of the Polizei and show 'Nahkampftage' & 'Sturmtage' for Anti-Partisan/Jewish Aktions.

There's no difference fighting "partisans" or regular troops... Combat is combat, whether at the "front" or behind the lines.... most partisan units were well armed and well trained... especially 1943/44/45 and represented significant combat forces... and were considered "no different" from regular enemy combatants. The other implications of "Partisan/Anti-Partisan Warfare" (War Crimes, Genocide, Torture, etc.) have no part in this discussion.... being about awards.

The "Anti-Partisan War Badge" recognizes the unique special character of Partisan warfare and the importance the Germans placed on that type combat.
