In lists Waffen SS Führers from 1 March 1945 as commanders of battalions in XII. SS-Korps quoted:

SS-Sturmbannführer Götz von Rautenfeld
SS-Hauptsturmführer Walter Kastendick
SS-Hauptsturmführer Wilhelm Salge

Which one units they commanded? Any additional info about this officers?

In 1935 he followed an officerstraining at the SS-Junkerschule Braunschweig.
On 20-4-1936 he was promoted to SS-Untersturmführer.
In 1938 he was employed within the Staff from the Rasse- und Siedlungshauptamt.

In September 1939 he served with 5. Kompanie from the SS-VT Standarte ‘Germania’
within SS.VT-Panzer-Division ‘Kempf’.
SS-Untersturmführer.
In June 1941 he served with I. Bataillon from SS-Infanterie-Regiment ‘Nordland’ within
SS-Division(mot.)’Wiking’.
SS-Obersturmführer.
In January 1944 he served with 1. Kompanie from SS-Panzer-Grenadier-Ausbildungs- und Ersatz-Bataillon 5 within 5. SS-Panzer-Division ‘Wiking’.
SS-Hauptsturmführer.
At the beginning of 1945 he was commander from a Bataillon within the
XII. SS-Armee-Korps.
Died 6-8-1996.

If I'm not mistaken von Rautenfeld is wearing "Langemarck" cufftitle.
Any info on this?

According to John Moore's Führerliste, von Rautenfeld was the commander of 1./SS-Infanterie Reg. 4 in December 1941. This unit of course earned the honor title Langemarck after its heavy losses in the winter of 1941-42. I looked at the command roster for the successor Kradschützen Reg. Langemarck in Yerger's Knights of Steel 2, and there's no mention of von Rautenfeld. And of course he was already with Handschar when the Flemish 6. SSFreiwilligen Sturmbrigade Langemarck was set up during 1943. So his cufftitle goes back to his 1941 time with SS-IR 4.

Yes, SS-IR 4 no doubt, I just wanted to check the period.
It is interesting that he kept wearing "Langemarck" 2 years later
(like his comrade Liecke who was wearing "SS-Polizei-Division" cuff while serving in 13.SS;
but he served there longer than von Rautenfeld in "Das Reich", so it's not so surprising).

Question. HQ XII. SS-AK was send to Holland by end september 1944. Could von Rautenfeld have been a member of this Korps HQ... When did he join this HQ ??

a German diary found on the battle field in Holland October 1944 in the are where XII. SS-A.K. fought does mention the a battlion of Mohren (Moslims) of a Regiment called Raudenfeld (a slicht different spelling)...
Rautfeld served with Handschar wich were for a great part Moslims...
