Hello, again,

On PP 126, there was some discussion as to who the KC holders are standing either beside or near Rudel.

The officer on his right with the KC is the later Generalleutnant Eugen-Heinrich Bleyer.

The other one with the oakleaf decoration is, in my opinion, General der Artillerie Maximilian de Angelis. At least there is a good resemblance.

Hope this helps.

Hello, again,

On PP 128, there is a color pic of a general shown listed as fre_4.jpg.

There was some discussion as to who this is, and those offered as suggested solutions were not all that certain.

It is a pic of General Ulrich Kleemann.

Hope this helps.

Take care.

Terry

Hi Terry,

Thanks for the Grassmann captions. Unfortunately nobody "famous".
Good ID on Dinort. Wouldn't have thought so until you pointed it out. As to Korn/Quest ID, maybe Dieter and I just had stock captions. Will investigate.
Yes, impressive "resume". If I ever fully populated my RK database, I will come to you for the 1000 or so I have never seen!

Hi Bernd,

You would be bestowed the Eichenlaub with diamond and swords from your forum members if you index this thread!! Thank god this is so much faster than WA Forum. I would slit my wrist have I have to go through their RKT thread again.

Cheers

Not sure it was subsequently identified.

Take care.

Hello, again,

I don´t know if this soldier was identified, but on PP 143, the color shot listed as kal. rittm_07.jpg is Otto Brakat.

Hope this helps.

Hi Elwyn,

I was going through this one when it had appr. 130 pages - the imagination to do it once again is a bit scaring.. :) But I'll go for that. Good reasons for it. Both for newcomers and for oldtimers.
Instead of an award (thanks for that 8-) ) your help and feedback is much appreciated if questions arise.

This will take some time of course. After the first steps have a look on page 1 please and don't hesitate to comment on the technique (I've got an idea and I have to see also how it works).

Thanks and regards
Bernd

Index done up to page 5 , except the large series on page 3.
I will link directly to the post = pic. If there are more pics attached I try to give the captions and/or additional info to know which pic is meant. Doing that no page numbers are needed. Directed to the post the user can look on this page(s) for further info eventually provided and can follow the discussions which took place if interested.

Some questions already ! Some cases might have been treated in the meantime but I ask due to speed reasons and to have a further re-check perhaps.

Hi Bernd,

- I think bespectacled uffz was a fake.
- v Canstein was not our mystery man in grey Stug wrap. I caught him with his British captors
http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtopic. ... 220#400642

- RK not yet identified as far as I can remember

Hi Terry,

Great ID on Kümmel

First pages requests which have been answered later (I checked pages up to 15 for those).
To me "Yes" - if there are no objections I will list them like that.
