Prokopis Papastratis , a university history teacher mentions in that video from 2:28.
"Greece had the smallest executions of collaborationists in Europe, from the data I have i found about 6 members , not politicians, while in other countries post war executions amount from hundreds to thousands".

The video also documents from different sources how the Security Battalions / Tagmata Asfaleias were used after Germans had left Greece and implemented by the British forces to attack EAM/ELAS the most strong antifascist force during the occupation.
So the collaborationists were used to fight the antifascists.

Re: Greek SS Regiment?
Actually there was a Waffen SS division made up completely by Hellenes. It was the 1. Hellenische Division SS "Leonidas" in which my grandfather served during 1942 in Cucasus. It's commander was the Greek ethnic from Pontus Sevastianos Foulidis. I attach a photo of this division taken in Georgia on June 1942 which shows the flagbearer of the division carying the flag,on his right Colonel Foulidis the commander and on the left of the flagbearer my grandfather Aristides Mitropoulos.

As Homer Simpson would say: "D'oh!".
Returning to the topic, there's a book about this topic: HERAKLES & THE SWASTIKA - Greek Volunteers in the German Army, Police & SS 1943-1945, by Antonio Munoz.

Re: Greek SS Regiment?
It should also be noted that the emblems are photoshopped, too.
The two arm patches is quite clearly Freikorps Danmark arm patches that has been re-colored. The re-coloration has been done by automatically replacing a number of red colors for blue colors. This is directly evident from small remaining red areas, most clearly visible between some of the strings of the ELLAS patch, but also visible on the red/black edges. This is natural, as the artifacts of the JPEG compression will create such areas outside the original red area.
The ELLAS text itself does not match the emblem, either. While the rest of the white blends with the black, creating similar JPEG artifacts, no such artifacts are found around ELLAS. The text is simply too clean. The same is true of the collar patch emblem.
The cuffband is also an obvious fake. The texture has been cloned over the existing text, revealing several fairly complicated repeated patterns. The chance of these patterns matching and pixel colors matching is highly unlikely, even for a repeated natural texture. I have attached an image to show what I mean. The text is also clearly too nice.
If the above is not enough to convince everyone, I believe this will:

QED, so I couldn't be bothered to look for the other arm patch.

Here is a list of Greek security units as of 15 Aug 1944 from the article "Armed collaboration in Greece, 1941–1944" by Professor Stathis N. Kalyvas.

I know this is an old threat but you might be interested in one new book about Greek collaborators with the Nazis. There is the history about PAO / EES in Macedonia you were talking about.

Re: Greek Volunteers & the Security Battalions
"Partisan Warfare 1941-45" by Nigel Thomas mentions that some German helmets were used , so perhaps Greek ones also.
