Der Freiwillige

I have been living in the U.S. since 1960. At first was too busy for "clubs", other than Church, Red Cross, and Boy Scouts, and going back to school.
We had a hard time building a new future for our kids. But we made it.
Ever since John Moore has been sending me e-mails with "Der Freiwillige", I have been getting more and more aware of what I had been missing.
Lately (old age ???) I certainly have the feel of "need to belong".
So I became a member of the HIAG, with Rudi W.'s help.
Although I never will be able to get to the meetings, already the "belonging" feeling is back.
Thanks München for accepting this old wayward stallion.
HN.
