Ivan, that is a detail of a picture that I posted. It is Gerd Bremer. March 1943

Well, I wrote on RKT thread that I thought it is Bremer, but nobody confirmed it. :)

Thanks,
Ivan

You were absolutely right. By now I had the identities confirmed by one of their fellow officers and received other pics from the same series :)

OK.
What do you think about Diefenthal with Wisch, rather than Weiser?

Due to the other pic you showed from the same series I think you're 100 percent right. It's Diefenthal. In the earlier pic he looked very much like Weiser in lenght and build.

Yes, my mistake, it is Diefenthal. Sorry for the confusion!

...and two more, from "Das Reich" Division:

(most probbably) SS-Obersturmführer

SS-Stubaf. is Sylvester Stadler, I believe. Who are the others?

Looks like Joachim Krüger and Herbert Schulze next to Stadler. The Ostuf. on the first picture might be Kepplinger?

Fourth from the left looks like Hans Albin von Reitzenstein to me.

It´s SS-Ostuf (Later SS-Stubaf) Fritz Vogt of the SS-Pz.A.A.2 "Das Reich"

Thanks, Georg!

Tolga & Mark,
I've compared men you wrote about with ones on the photo,
and I can't agree - or disagree.
I'm not sure.
It could be Herbert Schulze there, looks like him.
But, again, not sure...

Anyway, thanks again,
any new ideas...?

(and would you agree it is M.Schäfer in winter uniform?)

Hello Iwan,

I've a scan from private photograph collection shows that Stadler and Reitzenstein together and I suppose it was from the the same time period with your posted picture.I will try posting it in 1-2 days.
