Junckers Combined Pilots Badge

Postby kefru177 on 08 Oct 2006 17:59

Hi all,

I picked up this badge last week but became suspicious of it when i could not find another that looked like it on the net or in my Ref books. I have seen pictures on your archives of a badge similar as a fake. Well what do you think ????

Many Thanks

Hello,

Well, I don't like it, but that's just me and based on my gut feeling

I do not like it either. The detail on the front is great but I never have seen a hallmark "CEJ" on any type of Luftwaffe badge. The only "CEJ" marked awards I have seen are Spanish Crosses---perhaps there are others, but in my opinion the P/O badge is a copy. Martin
