Can someone tell me what is the meaning of "C.R.A.L." abbreviation in following context: "INNO DI GARIBALDI (marcia) (Mercantini-Olivieri) Corpo bandistico del C.R.A.L."?

Thanks.

Circolo Ricreativo Aziendale Lavoratori = Workers' Corporate Recreational Club

In the name there should be also the corporation that CRAL is part of, examples:

Milano Post Office CRAL
Catanzaro Fire Brigade CRAL
Bank of Toscana CRAL

I don't own this record, I've found it in the catalogue (http://ilDISCOLOGORO.interfree.it). There're 3 recordings with C.R.A.L., two without year, one dated 1946.

I've searched a bit but all the CRALs I've found seem born after 1950. So, it is possible that in 1946 it meant something different (although I have no idea of its meaning).
