I can read "me ne frego". I think there's a military march with that name if I'm not wrong. Anyway, does this print simbolize any particular action or moment during fascim?

"Me ne frego" ("I don't care about it") was one of the favourite Mussolini's motifs. At the time it was quite an osé, scandalous expression, although today we have a number of more advanced options to illustrate the same concept.

About the action, I venture to guess it depicts a squad of gentlemen in black bringing peace, law and order to some Italian community during 1919-1921. Since the uniforms looks wrong if the scene is set in 1943-45.
