1928 - 1930: Commandant, La Spezia Naval Arsenal
1930 - 1932: Commandant, Naval Academy
1932 - 1933: Commander, 2. Division
1933 - 1940: Chief of Naval General Staff
1940 - 1942: President, Committee of Admirals

Ammiraglio di Squadra Raffaele Conte DE COURTEN (23 Sep 1888 - 23 Aug 1978)
1941 - 1942: Inspector of Submarines
1942 - 1943: Commander, 8. Division
1943: Commander, 7. Division
1943: Assistant Deputy Chief of Naval General Staff
1943 - 1945: Minister of the Navy & Chief of Naval General Staff
