Hard question
In summer 1943 the largest part of surviving italian armors were spread between a lot of little units spread here and there in Italy and italian occupation zones. A complete list does not exist...AFAIK every effort in this sense ends always forgetting something.
I try to place some element
Italy
Around Rome
135th Armored Division Ariete II (armors spread between 10th armored cavalry regiment "Vittorio Emanuele Lancers", 16th motorized cavalry regiment "Lucca Light Horse", 8th recon armored regiment "Montebello Lancers", 235th artillery regiment)
10th Motorized Division Piave
136th Armored Division Centauro II ("Leonessa" armored group)
some armor also with 12th Infantry Division Sassari
4th Tank Regiment
Moving towards Rome from North
18th recon armored bersaglieri regiment
South of Rome
No identified unit
North of Rome
in Tuscany: the depot of 31st Tank Regiment with XIX Medium Tank Battalion
Padan Plains: depots of tank regiments 1st, 3rd, 33rd
Sardinia
32nd Tank Regiment with medium tank battalions XVI and XVIII and other units
Corsica
armored units not identified
France
no units in apparence
Slovenia and Dalmatia
many little units including fast tank groups I, II and III
Montenegro
III/31st Tank Battalion
Albania
III and IV Firenze Lancers armored battalions and other units
Greece
no identified unit
Rhodes
CCCXII tank battalion
