After nearly 60 years, the corpses of Poles murdered on 11 july 1943 in the church in the Porcyk by the Ukrainian Insurgent Army were found in Pawlika in Wolyn. They were exhumed and buried in the Catholic cemetery in Pawlika. According to the Seretary general of the Polish memorial council of struggle and suffering, the remains of 52 people were found, mostly women and children, and items found with them indicated that they were Polish. Along with Katyn, this problem still waits for reconciliation.
