From captions of photos in my scan collection, the Italians m,ade use of their own cannone da 75/32 (not necessarily as an ATG, though it certainly had the capability!) and German hand-me-downs PAK 97/38. I would also take it as a given they used their own Cannone anticarro da 47/32 as well, though I don't have any specific "proof" of it.

On google groups there was some description of practical application of at guns on the eastern front, I'll see if I can find it again.

What I recall being used off hand.

Cannone da 47/32
Various 75mm of ww1 fame
Obice da 75/18
Cannone da 75/32, good against T34 within 300m
Cannone da 75/46
75/97/38(French 75) on pak 38
Obice da 100/17
