I'm looking for info about SS-Hstuf Heinz Noa.
He was the first chief of Gestapo in Lublin.

29 Oct 1934, army service with IR 17 in Löbau until 12 Oct 1935, Gefr.d.R.
1 Dec 1935, joined Gestapo Münster as Krim Asst i.V.; as part of his police training assigned at some point to Kripo Gelsenkirchen
9 Nov 1936, SS No. 45399
Nov 1937, completed the Krim Komm Lehgrang at Sipo-Führerschule in Berlin-Charlottenburg; and posted to Stapoleitstelle Karlsruhe, Abt III
summer 1938, appointed Leiter, Grenzpolizeikommissariat Breisach/Rh
Oct 1938, appointed Leiter, Grenzpolizeikommissariat Konstanz
9 Nov 1938, commissioned SS-Ustuf
Aug 1939, assigned to SIPO Einsatzgruppe assembling in Vienna for the Polish campaign - went with Kommando Brunner

1970, sentenced to 7 years imprisonment by Landgericht München I for war crimes with SK 11a - fellow defendants were Paul Zapp (life); Leo von der Recke (13 years) and Georg Möhlmeyer (case put aside)

Does that mean that he was the first leader of department IV with the KdS Lublin??

Acoording to my information he was not Leiter IV with KdS Lublin - only Referent III, Abwehraufgaben. I think that was Abteilung III C at the time.

It's an old thread but according to the German wikipedia Karl Heinrich Noa died on 24 September 1972 in Kassel.

Noa was serving his prison sentence at nearby Schwalmstadt at the time.

You are right - KK Noa was Leiter III C at KdS Lublin in 1940 - as far i know he was succeeded on this position by KK Walter Hess who remained in Lublin until the end of September 1943 (in 1942 III C was renamed to IV E).
