It's an old thread but according to the German wikipedia Karl Heinrich Noa died on 24 September 1972 in Kassel.

Noa was serving his prison sentence at nearby Schwalmstadt at the time.

You are right - KK Noa was Leiter III C at KdS Lublin in 1940 - as far i know he was succeeded on this position by KK Walter Hess who remained in Lublin until the end of September 1943 (in 1942 III C was renamed to IV E).
