Hptm Rudi Kirsten , KC : 28.03.1945 Hptm Führer Pz.Gren.Ersatz- u. Ausb.Abt "GD"

I'm looking for the headquarter unit, when Kirsten was in action with this Ersatz-Abt in february/march 1945. Anyone can help here ?

The result of my research so far : not with Pz.Gren.Div "Großdeutschland" (?)
Awarded for defense of GUBEN . Therefore subordinated to a Divisions-Stab z.b.V. 100 (?)
Eventually subordinated to Pz.Gren.Div "Brandenburg" (??)

I couldn't find sufficient info there about Ers.u.Ausb. "GD" in connection to FGD.
Concerning the mentioned III. Btl of "GD" see matching info above on Lexikon-der-Wehrmacht :

Im Februar 1945 wurde das Regiment als Alarmeinheit bei Forst/Lausitz eingesetzt und in die Panzer-Grenadier-Division Brandenburg eingegliedert. Das III. Bataillon aus Guben, ebenfalls Wehrkreis III, bildete allerdings das II. Bataillon vom Führer-Grenadier-Regiment 4.

Kirsten was awarded as Kdr of the entire unit.
What about this stated incorporation into PGD "Brandenburg" ? What about Div.Stab z.b.V. 100 ?
