How many such commands were formed during WWII? What were they responsibility, how many men were in such command,...?

RSI army territorial commands, covered all territory under nominal RSI control (included the Kustenland). All numbered 200+ (IIRC they should have been around 30 in winter 1943-44). AFAIK they had not a fixed structure, I should have some data about them but not actually at the hand, sorry...

Speaking of Commando Regionale Militare, then the 200th Commando Regionale Militare Roma was initially commanded by a general Magri. Does anybody have his full name? Would it be Federico Magri?
