Question about Marder I captured by Belgian Resistance: ID?

#1

Post by ericadeane » 06 Nov 2007, 18:28

I posted this on another forum: can anyone assist me?

Below is a photo of a Marder I, self propelled anti tank gun, captured by a Belgian Resistance group. The Belgian resistance had several sub-groups. Does anyone know where this photo may have been taken or which sub-group these fighters represent? Thank you very much.

Thank you for the post. I never was able to interpret the red "2" like Mr LeCoq has. It makes complete sense now!
