Harald Heyns escaped from custody whilst on trial, 16 Aug 1948, in Hamburg. I do not think he was found and his death sentence on 18 Sept 1948 probably given in absentia.
Heyns also figured in a French Military Tribunal trial in Paris, in absentia, and sentenced to death on 10 July 1952.

Herbert Koch
8 Nov 1912, born Südlerngern/Krs Herford
1938, joined Kriyp Hamburg
1939, with Greko Hamburg
Jan 1942-Sept 1943, with EG A
Nov 1943-Jan 1944, Grepo Bremen Hafen
Jan-Aug 1944, KdS Rouen
Herbert Koch was tried with Harald Heyns (Sipo Ast Caen) before a British Military Court at Hamburg, 4 Aug-18 Sept 1948. The charges involved the killing of two RCAF (Royal Canadian Air Force) officers taken POW at Martigny, France, following a bombing raid on Metz, who were shot down during the night of 28/29 June 1944.
KrimAsst Herbert Koch in June 1944, was stationed with SD-Außenpost Martigny and one of the shooters.
Koch was convicted of involvement and sentenced to 8 years imprisonment.
