David, there are couple of links worth browsing when interested in warcrimes and occupation in Estonia,

http://www.historycommission.ee/temp/conclusions_frame.htm, which is the website of Estonian International Commission for the Investigation of Crimes against Humanity, it is supposed to study all the occupation period and they started of with Nazi occupation. It is still in development, so more is to come.

http://www.okupatsioon.ee/english/index.html
this is the website of museum of occupations. This one as well is in constant development, but it already has a lot of materials and pictures.
