Estonian State Archives of the Former Estonian KGB (State Security Committee) records relating to war crime investigations and trials in Estonia, 1940-1987. [manuscript RG-06.026]

Paper records: 11 boxes.
Sound recordings: 47 sound cassettes.

Provenance: The State Security Committee of Estonia (Federalnaia sluzhba bezopasnosti Rossii (the former KGB)) compiled the evidence documents, interrogations, and sound recordings during its investigation and prosecution of several Estonians accused of atrocities during the World War II period. Estonian State Archive Branch (Former Party Archive) photocopied the documents and duplicated the sound recordings in 1996. The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the photocopies and sound recordings in April 1997.

Documents range in date from 1940 to 1987 with the bulk of the documents dating from 1950 to 1962.

http://www.historycommission.ee/temp/conclusions_frame.htm, which is the website of Estonian International Commission for the Investigation of Crimes against Humanity, it is supposed to study all the occupation period and they started of with Nazi occupation. It is still in development, so more is to come.

this is the website of museum of occupations. This one as well is in constant development, but it already has a lot of materials and pictures.
