Taking that you are looking for information on Generale designato d’armata Principe Adalberto Duca di Bergamo (1898-1982). One time commander of the 24th Division Gran Sasso and III Corps before the war. He commanded the 8th Army 1940-42 (Before it went to Russia) and was briefly in command of the 7th Army in 1943.

That’s what I got on him so far.
