From time to time the issue of American treatment of POWs during WWII comes up in this section of the forum. While I was rearranging some of my books, I found this interesting volume, most of which deals with WWII. I have started to scan those portions and will post them chapter-by-chapter in this thread, in the hope that some of our readers will find the material of interest or informative.

At the moment, this section of the forum is the only place where these texts are available for internet reading.

The abbreviation AEF is short for American Expeditionary Forces (in WWI) and PMG stands for Provost Martial General.
