Looking for info about SS-Oberführer Dr. Otto Steinhausl (Steinhäusl), the Polizeipräsident of Wien and leader of IKPK (after the was known as Interpol).

I think the photo shows Steinhäusl with Oberst der Schutzpolizei Dr. Carl Retzlaff. Retzlaff was 1939 Kommandeur der Schutzpolizei Wien.

Under the pics I have a mention : he's Dr NOZZLEFF Oberst der Polizei, wearing the cross of merit of the german Red Cross.

it's a wrong transcription which appear in the Johnston serie "Edged weapons..).

Also no NSDAP Number in his SS personal file. I think he was not in the NSDAP.
