Hi,
the pic from the first presentation of the Volkswagen for the KdF-organisation shows Prof. Ferdinand Porsche (3. from left, first row) and the chief of the DAF, Dr. Robert Ley (4. from left, first row). Far right is the KdF-leader Lafferentz.
But who is the 2. from left, first row, with the collar insignia of a general in a particular performance (blue-green cloth base, “Nebenfarbe” light grey) such as Militärverwaltungschef (or Ministerialdirigent/direktor possibly from Kraftwagengeräteabteilung - Wa I Rü WuG 12) ??
Cheers

Hallo Oberstab,
Do you have a date for the photo??
I am just curios because it maybe can be
from the area of KL Arbeitsdorf (closed 1942)
which was a maincamp just for Volkswagen.
Later the Model of Arbeitsdorf was used for
the (slawe) workers from occupied territories,
in other Industries all over Germany.
Best reagards,
Georg
