Sorry, until I see some picture's of this badge I belive this to probaly be a fake, I mean an APB for $200 CDN??????? Common, A good condition Silver APB can well over $1000 US!!!!!Trust me it is not a fake the guy I can buy it from is a ww2 veteran so it is not a fake. But I dont know or it is a Soild or Semi-hollow back, and it is a semi good condition.
Also, how can you be sure it is real, if you don't even know how much it is worth or it's rarity??????? This strikes me as odd.
But , if it is genuwine then you have a bargain on your hands!
Regards, Ben
Buying direct from a ww2 isn't a gurantee at all. I'v heard all the stories before.
There a good discussion on the GDF about a Luft honour roll clasp and some stories that WW2 vets have come up with to sell their war booty.

Maybe for a change in your case he's for real , but until we get to see photos then who knows.

Hello Michael
I have an opinion, hope it can help you. Wherever the item is buy from a dealer or a veteran, before we pay for it we must take a look on item (at least some pictures). There is no expert can classified an item from description or individual offer. May we have some picture from you? I think a picture is better than a 1000 words of descritpion.
Cheers

The guy I’m dealing with has a little book on every German medal & badges used during the Second World War, and that book tells you what the medal is given for, the different materials used and so on. He showed that book to me, so I think all the things that I have bought from him already is 100% real. All the medals and badges for sale now, was part of his collection. However I would appreciate it if anyone can help me identify a fake?
