Were the Brazilian Grants used in combat during WWII?

Hello.
I think they used this tank only in Brasil as the Sherman used by the Brazilian Army.
The Brazil declared War on Germany and Italy the 22/08/1942,and on Japan the 06/06/1945.
The Brazilian Expeditionary Force was strong of 25.300 men on February 1945.

Brazil first received Grants from USA in 43, when it was formed the 1º Esquadrão de Reconhecimento, (1st Reconnaissance Squad) under the 1ª Divisão de Infantaria Expedicionária. Further on it was used M-8, Sherman M-4, M-3 and M2A1 Stuart.

It was 80 Shermans and only 30 Grants.

I think they were in use until the 50’s

The tank used by Brazilian Cavalry in Europe was only the M-8 GreyHound for reconnaissance. FEB was mainly an infantry unit. The FAB (Brazilian Air Force) used USA plannes, mainly the Thunderbolt.

Isn't this tank an Lee not a Grant? Grants were modified by the British by removing the commander's cupola. Lees had them.
