The official AHF Winter & Continuation War quiz thread
We've had several different quizes running here in the forum for a while with great success and this new section has been open for a while without one, so I'm starting one here too.
The rules are very simple:
The first one to post the correct answer to a question, posts a new question (must be on the Winter War or the Continuation War) and so on.

Thanks Juke. Actually I don't know the individual code of the Swedish made J8A plane, Gloster Gladiator I (Finnish designation) or Gloster Gladiator Mk. I (British designation) which 2Lt. G. Karlsson was flying when he shot the plane down.
My question is related to these Swedish Gladiators. What kind of colour scheme these planes had in Finland?

Correct! Well done! Yes, Swedish Gladiators really had the typical Swedish camouflage painting with Dark Green (Olivgrön 325) upper and Blue Grey (Blågrå 058) lower surfaces. Additionally planes had winter camouflage: wide irregular stripes painted over the upper surfaces with Aluminium colour.Esa K wrote:Could it then be: Green, Aluminium(Silver) and Bluegrey, with Finnish Blue/White insignias, and Yellow identification letters....
Your turn, Esa.
