Can anyone ID these German pilots in Palestine?

Here's a photo of some pilots from Fleiger Abteilung 304b (Bavarian) in Palestine. I was wondering if anybody could indentify any of the officers in the photo. I'm particularly intersted in the one on the left in what appears to be Chevauleger uniform, who is he and what was his parent unit? Any clues?
Cheers
Chris

Thats Erich von Falkenhayn reviewing them so the time frame would be in the last quarter of 1917.

I assume Franz Walz is there somewhere.

Some more FA304b fliegers here:

Hauptmann Franz Walz (Abteilungsführer FA 304 b), Oberleutnant Erich von Heimburg (bei Kofl F), Hauptmann Hans-Eduard von Heemskerck (Kofl F), Oberleutnant Fritz Berthold (Adjutant FA 304 b), Leutnant Karl Heußenstamm (FA 304 b).

The guy on the left in your photo looks like Fritz Berthold.

Hi Peter,
Thanks very much once again. Great information and also a great photo. That gives me plenty to work on (further searches etc). Sometimes I get the feeling that you have the answer to every question I've ever wondered about Imperial Germany in your library.
Do any other readers have any info about FA 304b? Particularly about what the pilots' previous regiments were?
Cheers
Chris

Chris,

Details on Hauptmann Hans-Eduard von Heemskerck here--only a visitor to FA 304b but still interesting:

Franz Walz:

Karl Heußenstamm(1890-1930) died in the USA.

Fritz Berthold, due to illness, returned to Germany in mid 1918.

Regards,
Peter
