Please could anybody post a good portrait of this italian General? I've been searching in this forum and with google but all I could find is this pic. Is there a better one? Thanks in advance.

Bergonzoli in Spain

That's correct !

The members of the Italian expeditionnary Corps in Spain as well the Legion Condor were not wearing the national uniform for obvious reasons.
You have a picture of General Bergonzoli taken when he was commander of the italian armoured unit during the Spanish civil war.
I hope it's help.

The first picture! When it was taken? After his capture by the British?

Seems he was weak and exhausted. I think when he was captured, he was in smart and clean uniform with polished boots. Was that correct?
