Is there any way to see in the footage if Officer 3 has the Blood Order? He looks a bit like Martin Kohlroser, and the rank fits. The Blood Order would likely seal it.

(btw, I think his rank is SS-Ostubaf. and not SS-Stubaf. as I wrote on prev.page)
