This is what I've on Broser.
Michael Broser.

Born on 24-2-1890 at Schassburg/Siebenbürgen.
Member of the SS(lidnr. 490.723 V).
On 18-5-1942 he got promoted to SS-Standartenführer.
Between 1-3-1942 and March 1943 he was commander from SS-Freiwilligen-Gebirgsjäger-Regiment 13 ‘Arthur Phleps’
with 7. SS-Freiwilligen-Gebirgs-Division ‘Prinz Eugen’.
In June 1944 he also served with the Befehlshaber der Waffen-SS in Hungary.

In these are the notes from 'Die Personen-Lexikon der NSDAP'.
01-03-1942/05-05-1942. Kommandeurm des SS-Gebirgs-Jäger-Regiments 1 'PE' der SS-Freiwilligen-Gebirgs-Division.
05-05-1942/03-1943. Kommandeur des SS-Gebirgs-Jäger-Regiments 1 'PE' der SS-Freiwilligen-Division 'Prinz Eugen'.
(1944). 21. Waffen-Gebirgs-Division der SS 'Skanderberg'(alban. Nr. 1).
Anmerkung:
Wird auch als Kommandeur der 25. Waffen-Grenadier-Division der SS(ung. Nr. 1)genannt.
Geboren in Ungarn??? Näheres nicht bekannt.

Have anybody another bio details about SS-Ostubaf. Ernst LUDWIG, born 11 january 1888? I read, he served in Romanian army before war.

Also, any another infos about these SS-officersneeded:

Hello Phil,

It is "SS-Gebirgsjäger-Ausbildungs-und-Ersatz-Bataillon 7" and not SS-Artillerie-Ausbildungs-und-Ersatz-Regiment 7 as you wrote in your note about Ludwig.
