ROA Airforce Me 262's?

ROA Airforce Me 262's?

I know the History Channel sometimes comes up with some croppers but im watching Secret Soviet Aircraft of WW2 and they mention that the ROA airforce (no mention of numbers, squadrons etc) was equppied with the 262. Is this true? Why would the ROA be equipped with the 262 and not other Luftwaffe squadrons. This may have already been adressed but im not a regualr visitor to this section of the forum
