118. Jäger-Division (gallery)
Here are some photos of 118. Jäger-Division,
that I've found a long time ago in one old communist book
in a local library. Unfortunately the book is now stollen...
(divisional insignia)
Photos were taken during Operation "Schwarz".
(Division was at that time under command of Generalleutnant Josef Kübler)

Heheh,
You`re a bit "thin" with names of books (and some operations I asked you about... ) but,we`ll grant you an amnesty...
Seriously,I believe that photos like this are extremly rare. These guys don`t look that over-aged and ill-equipped-it appears that March-May "re-stuffing" of the division paid some dividents. In this period some 6,000 men came to the division (Djuro Kladarin "Bitka na Sutjesci",1958).
Cheers,
P.S. Don`t get cocky about the contributions,a simple "thanks guys" would do...

Great pics, I must admit that most of them are new to me.
